Can sole traders register to use the Online Registry?
Yes. If you are a sole trader, that is you run a small business, you are responsible for all aspects of your business.
What you need to know
If you are a sole trader, not represented by a legal professional you can register for access to the NSW Online Registry to file and view your own cases online.
It is important to select the correct user type during registration to ensure you are able to complete the right tasks online and view the information relevant to your needs. During registration select ‘I am representing myself’ and 'I am a sole trader' when prompted to select a user type.
