As a result of the document lodgement delays, if filing a critically urgent Consent Judgment or Order, or Notice of Motion in the Dust Diseases Tribunal, please contact the Dust Diseases Tribunal and notify the registry.

Clients should contact the Dust Diseases Tribunal registry via phone (02) 9337 5440, or email [email protected]

Document Lodgement Issues.

Currently, we are experiencing an issue in which there may be a delay between the time a document is filed online and when the document is displayed as filed in the Courts.

Please be aware that the processing times for documents can take several hours before the documents appear in the Courts.  Clients are advised to not resubmit or contact Online Registry support to file the document online.

Our technical teams are investigating and are working to resolve the issue.

We thank you for your patience.
