Why didn’t I receive a verification email when registering?

When registering for an Online Registry account we send you a confirmation code via email, so we can verify your email address. 

If you have not received a verification email, you should;

  • Check you have entered the correct email address 
  • Check your spam folder 
  • Wait up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive

If you still cannot find the email, your email server may be blocking the verification email. 

This issue is typical for business and government email addresses due to the security and firewall settings on the account. If this is the case, we recommend using a personal email address instead of a work address. After completing registration, you can change your email address to your work address via the Manage Profile link in your account.
