What do I do if my residential address is not recognised when registering?
When registering for an Online Registry account, if you receive an error message, ‘select a valid address from the list which appears once you start typing’ there has been an issue verifying your residential address.
You should;
- Check you have entered the correct residential address.
- Ensure you have not entered a PO box.
If your residential address does not appear in the list presented, contact us and we will request for your address to be added to the database.
