General Division and Small Claims lists in Local Court
If you are registered as a solicitor (or their delegate) and are authorised to use the NSW Online Registry website, you can access the Defence Call-over List using your current Online Registry user name and password.
You can use the Online Court in the Sydney Local Court for any interlocutory or procedural matter that can arise during a General Division Defence Call-over or Small Claims Pre-Trial Review (Motor Vehicle).
Parties can request adjournments for further Call-overs, request hearing dates and other orders, including any request for additional interlocutory orders.
You can also upload documents and deal with matters as soon as they are listed, instead of waiting for the 28-day period before the first listed Call-over date to deal with your matter. Other features include: Consent/counter request; creating orders; messaging and email notifications.
All parties are automatically opted in as long as one participant from each party is legally represented and is registered for an Online Registry account.
At least one participant from each party must be legally represented in order for you to be able to see your cases. If you believe your case satisfies the criteria above, and you cannot see it in the Online Court, please contact us for more assistance.
You can see a full demonstration of Online Court for the Defence Call-over list or Pre-Trial Review (Motor Vehicle) list on YouTube.
For more information on Online Court Protocol for the Local Court Civil Jurisdiction, see the Practice Note.
