What can I expect after I’ve filed a form?
After you have filed a form online, a confirmation email will be sent to the contact email you nominated when you set up your account.
What you need to know
The email you receive may contain attachments including court sealed documents and/or a tax invoice as a 'zip file'. You will need to download and save the zip file on your computer to be able to view the attachments.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email?
You should check:
- your spam folders or junk mail for an email with an attachment
- your account preferences under the Manage profile tab in your account to identify the email address you nominated as your preferred contact
- your inbox, junk mail or deleted messages folders for any correspondence from firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you save this address to your contacts folder.
