What can you expect after you've filed a form?
A confirmation email will be sent to the contact person you nominated when you set up your account.
If you have not received a confirmation email, you should check:
- your spam filters or junk mail for an email with an attachment*
- your account preferences under the 'manage profile' tab in your account to identify the person/email address you nominated as your preferred contact
- your inbox, junk mail or deleted messages folders for any correspondence from firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you save this address to your 'contacts' folder. Note that you will not be able to reply or correspond with this address.
* The email you receive may contain attachments (court sealed documents and/or tax invoice), based on your preference settings, as a 'zip file'. You will need to download and save the zip file on your computer to be able to view the attachments. If you still have not received or cannot find the confirmation email, you should email email@example.com
