How to complete a licence or registration appeal form

This demonstration will briefly step you through the online form that is used to appeal a decision about a driver’s licence or vehicle registration suspension.

You have the right to appeal to the Local Court if you received either:

• a letter from the NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) about a driver’s licence or vehicle registration decision, OR
• an immediate licence suspension notice from the NSW Police
