Who is eligible to download filed documents from the Online Registry website?

You can download filed documents in relation to a case filed online if you are:

• A party to the case
• Representatives or an organisation which is party to a case
• A solicitor on the record for the case
• A barrister representing one of the parties
• A delegate of a registered user (if given permission).
