Who receives email notifications regarding cases in Online Court?

If you are registered with the Online Registry and you have a case listed in Online Court, you will receive email notifications of any action on the case, if:

  • you are the solicitor on the record or a barrister on the case
  • you are the contact solicitor
  • or you are representing yourself or you are the authorised officer for a company that is not legally represented and your case is listed in the Land and Environment Court.

If you are not one of the above (e.g. you are a delegate of either a solicitor, barrister or authorised officer), you should ensure that you monitor Online Court regularly to check for responses to any request you have lodged.

If you are one of the above, and you are not receiving emails, please check your account settings under the ‘manage profile’ link in your account to ensure your email details have been recorded correctly.
