How do I publish a Notice of Intended Distribution of an Estate?

You can only publish a Notice of Intended Distribution an Estate if the case number starts with 2013. In other words, if the original application to start a probate case (Notice of Intended Application) was not published online, then the application to distribute an estate (Notice of Intended Distribution of an Estate) cannot be published online.

You should start your process by logging into your account and searching your case list. Once you have found the case, you may click on the ‘File Form’ icon in your account, and select ‘Summons for Probate’.

A list of forms will display. Click on the link to 'Notice of Intended Distribution of an Estate'. You will then have to answer questions related to the notice. Once you've completed these, you will be prompted to preview the notice, pay the fee and publish it.

For a case that was started before 2013

Notices of Intended Distribution cannot be published online if the probate case was started before 2013. To publish a Notice of Intended Distribution in a case that commenced before the year 2013, you will need to download and complete the form, and email it to the Supreme Court registry. Registry staff will then publish the notice on your behalf.
