Who can see my messages in Online Court?

Messages are visible to the Registrar and to solicitors and their delegates for each party to the case and are displayed in the Online Court Record for the case.

A note will be present in the ‘messages’ column on the dashboard to inform parties a message has been sent and whom it was sent by.
