My court list information is being published by a third party unfairly
While the Online Registry Terms & Conditions prohibits misuse of court lists published by us, the Online Registry cannot give you legal advice on your rights and obligations or resolve individual complaints.
If you believe that your rights have been infringed by a third party’s use of court lists, you may be entitled to legal recourse.
