I need a transcript but can't find my case online?

If you’re a party to a case, but you are unable to find your case in the Online Transcript portal (OTP) request form, you will need to:

- Return to the NSW Online Registry > Search Cases page
- Click Find your case
- Follow the steps to add yourself as a party to the case

Once linked to the case electronically, you should then be able to find your case in the OTP request form.

If you are not a party to the case, you cannot use the OTP and will need to request the transcript through the court registry.

Note:
You cannot add yourself to crime matters outside the Local Court on the Online Registry. Transcripts for criminal matters in jurisdictions other than Local Court must be requested through the registry. Refer to the jurisdiction’s website for more information.
