Online Court extended to Local Courts across NSW
Online Court is now more widely available to legal practitioners across NSW for matters relating to the Defence Call-over list in the General Division, Pre-Trial Review list in the Small Claims Division and for interlocutory matters related to Small Claims Hearings.
Legal professionals will now be able to make or counter requests in Local Court cases in an additional 30 locations across NSW, removing unnecessary travelling and other costs associated with attending court to request adjournment orders or fix matters for hearing.
Local courts now operating Online Court for selected lists include Waverley, Manly, Hornsby, Newtown, Sydney, Parramatta, Burwood, Bankstown, Sutherland, Windsor, Blacktown, Penrith Katoomba, Liverpool, Picton, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Port Kembla, Albion park, Kiama, Wollongong, Wyong, Woy Woy, Gosford, Belmont, Cessnock, Maitland, Raymond Terrace, Toronto, Newcastle and Nowra.
